Senior Rendering/Systems Programmer

The Role:

This is an exciting Senior Systems/Render Programmer opportunity working in Unreal 4 on a large, undisclosed AAA project currently in pre-production.

Essential Job Functions:

Work within a team to extend and enhance existing engine technology

Solve hard technical problems and create innovative solutions

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proficiency in C/C++, minimum of 5 years of experience
  • 4 years' experience working in the game industry required
  • 3+ years' experience in console programming
  • Excellent debugging and communication skills
  • Practical experience with 3D math
  • Worked on at least 2 shipped games
  • HLSL/GLSL shader language
  • Experience with highly multi-threaded systems
  • Low level assembler experience
  • Experience with/working knowledge of compute shaders
  • Up to date with the latest developments in graphics techniques
  • Memory and performance optimisation experience

  • Think critically, and apply analytical skills in resolving complex issues
  • High personal standards as demonstrated in quality and pride of work
  • Create complex systems from start to finish
