This studios technology powers 3D visualisation solutions that allow the world’s largest brands to

showcase their products in superior and innovative ways. At the core of this is proprietary

technology for virtualisation, real-time 3D rendering and cross-platform output.

This innovative technology also powers Augmented Reality solutions for exhibition and broadcast media

as well as Web & Tablet Apps.


  • To develop new features and enhance our proprietary cross-platform technology
  • Improve frame rate and memory overheads
  • Work in collaboration with a team developing top of the range technology for high quality game experiences
  • Work with a range of hardware from mobile to the next generation of console

Key Skills:

  • Considerable experience of designing and implementing new shaders and graphic techniques
  • Must have strong software engineering and debugging skills
  • Algorithm, code optimisation, and 3D principles experience
  • Strong mathematics, 3D Maths, C++, C#, Python, HLSL/cg, OpenGL and DirectX 9/10/11 skills
  • Multiprocessor and/or multithreaded programming experience would be beneficial
  • Experience of PlayStation 3, XB360 or a range of PC hardware development is essential
  • Knowledge of OOD, Graphics & Animation Techniques, Interface Design, Portability, and Testability
  • Ability to understand and optimise other people’s code
  • Ability of designing complex reusable systems
  • Ability of debugging both high and low level problems
  • Knowledge of 3D computer graphics hardware and algorithms

Good to have:

  • Bachelors Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • 2 - 3 Years professional programming experience
  • Experience using profiling tools for both CPU and GPU (Tuner, GPAD, PIX, GPA, VTune, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with popular game engines such as Unity3D and Unreal.
  • Ability to research, implement and modify existing techniques
  • Passionate about creating high quality products
  • At least one shipped game title / Visual FX production or demos of your work
