OPM are working closely with a major UK Developer looking for a Senior Proof-Reader.
Building on over eighteen years at the forefront of game development, they’re now embarking on exciting new concepts that will push creativity, user-experience, and technology to incredible new heights.
Essentially the position is to ensure that:
a) Spelling and style is correct, consistent and in line with Naming Conventions and House Style
b) Template artwork and text is appropriately placed
c) Template logos and trademarks are present and appropriately placed
d) Legal text – and redemption text where applicable – is accurate and up-to-date
e) All localised versions are free of basic formatting errors and recognisable mistakes
You will be doing this for a range of my client’s products, both in store and online and product packaging.
• Point of sale materials.
• Static and dynamic ad executions.
• Press releases and Q&As.
• Blog posts.
• Trade and consumer brochures created in-house and by external agencies.
• Promotional and collector’s item booklets and game guides created in-house and by external agencies.
• Scripts and presentations.
• Marketing plans and green-light documents.
A proven track record of working in a similar position will be essential for this post. It is a very detailed position and the list provided above is not exhaustive.
