We are looking for a high energy, creative and flexible Office Coordinator/Manager with a can do attitude!

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all the administrative tasks of a start-up office
  • Executive Assistant of the VP EMEA and other Senior Executive Team members when visiting UK
  • Provide customer service support to other Managers in the UK office
  • Handle the scheduling of appointments and visitors to the office
  • Handle general office facility management
  • Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, expense reimbursements, and tax payment coordination with company accountant, and coordinate with finance department located in Beijing, China
  • Coordinate with other international personnel for sales or customer visit activities
  • Answer phone, receive and greet incoming visitors


  • Proven track record as an office manager highly desired
  • Experience in full cycle bookkeeping using popular applications
  • Have experience working in a small office or start-up company environment
  • Must be detail oriented and good with numbers
  • Have excellent administrative, organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of salesforce a plus
  • Must be able to multitask and can work effectively independently with little supervision
  • Have hands-on experience processing AP/AR and bank reconciliations
  • Experience working with TriNet payroll is preferred but not required
  • Must be proficient in Mac and MS Office Suite tools such as Mail, Excel, Word
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
