OPM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to work with one of the most successful PC games publisher and developers today. Their IP is reshaping PC gaming. Our client (named a Top 30 developer by Game Developer Magazine) is the publisher and developer a very popular MMO and they are experiencing a period of rapid growth, doubling the size of the company in the past year. With several million players in their first game across the Europe and the US, and numerous awards, they have pioneered new ground with their debut title and are continuing to aggressively expand.
As Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the first port of call for hundreds of potential future hires, influencing their initial reactions to the hiring process, company and culture. You’ll be the connection between internal client teams, hiring managers and recruiting groups to help my client win over talented recruits. You can jump into any scenario, whether you’re wooing candidates at trade shows or assisting in reeling in people from unlikely places. You’ll use your people-powered personality to inspire and entice potential hires.

Manage all needs for new recruits: interview schedules, flight reservations, hotel rooms ect
Handle sensitive recruit info, maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy
Help out at trade shows if needed and build trusting relationships with everyone from vendors to candidates
Work effortlessly through mountains of applicant resumes to seek out the right candidate, assessing quality of experience and candidate strengths
Track candidates, guide them from interview to hiring and keep vital information up to date

Learning the ropes: you’re hungry to learn the tricks of the trade; bonus points for experience in supporting rigorous recruiting teams
A problem solver: your creative and analytical mind-set helps you to come up with elegant solutions to all problems
You’re a multitasked; you keep a cool head when working through people busy diary’s to be able to schedule yourself, recruiters, candidates and interview teams around hectic days
A flexible teammate: ready and willing to apply to any task at hand with enthusiasm
Service orientated: you’re friendly, efficient, responsive and trustworthy, so you’ll keep candidates informed and keep their information
Player-focused: probably a gamer yourself, you understand the importance of helping to recruit candidates that put player experience first
It is essential that you have a proven track record of working within a similar environment and be passionate about the Games industry and my client’s portfolio.
