OPM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to work with one of the most successful PC games publisher and developers today. Their IP is reshaping PC gaming. Our client (named a Top 30 developer by Game Developer Magazine) is the publisher and developer a very popular MMO and they are experiencing a period of rapid growth, doubling the size of the company in the past year. With several million players in their first game across the Europe and the US, and numerous awards, they have pioneered new ground with their debut title and are continuing to aggressively expand.

The position is responsible for generating a Benefits package for my client that is second to none. They attract a high calibre of candidates and are looking to foster a benefits package that can help to secure the best and brightest talent in the industry. You will coordinate with the HR team and assist with the payroll function and providing commercially sensible advice and guidance to the business and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyse and interpret Compensation & Benefits programs within EU
  • Participate in the development of innovative and competitive C&B programs
  • Administer payroll file on a monthly basis
  • Administer all Compensation & Benefits programs within the EU
  • Align with HR, Finance and business leaders on coordination of Compensation & Benefits programs
  • Assist with the communication on benefits programs
  • Manage all reporting in relation to Compensation & Benefits
  • Tracking and organisation of all records
  • Prepare and organise Compensation & Benefits for new country expansion
  • Analyse all Compensation & Benefits costing and prepare for budgeting
  • Build the knowledge base of Compensation & Benefits and provide commercially sensible advice and guidance to the business and other stakeholders


  • Relevant Business Degree is a plus
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and high-growth international environment
  • You have a proven track record of Compensation & Benefits related experience
  • You have gained knowledge and experience in HR and admin practices across multiple countries
  • You have the ability to effectively analyse data and create meaningful and understandable reports and metrics
  • You possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • You are an innovative and assertive team player and have skills to influence and communicate at all levels
  • EMEA and US travel is required
