The Director Lifecycle Management is a key member of my clients publishing unit and reports directly to the Head of Online Publishing. Leading a team of monetization- analysis- and CRM-specialists responsibilities include working in close cooperation with the development team on core game design and monetization strategies working with the platform- and operations-team on key features increasing the value of the customer lifecycle with marketing on customer loyalty programs and promotional strategies with finance on key analytics and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities
Leading a team of Monetization Managers Game Metric Analyst and CRM Managers
Setup a customer loyalty program for games
Manage all retention efforts including mailings ingame event triggered communications customer specific offers and deliver against defined retention KPIs
Oversee game metrics and analysis and draw the right conclusions for the respective departments such as marketing development operations
Drive user activity and help optimizing customer experience
Come up with new initiatives for monetizing the game including identifying partnerships to expedite
Drive monetization and scaling of the user network
Control & analyze payment methods
