My client is a specialist visual outsourcer to mainstream game developers as well the broadcast and feature film industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Business Development/Sales Executive to join this very successful company based in Germany. Already working on titles for the new generation of consoles; our client started out providing motion capture services around 12 years ago and following great success, grew into a full-service animation company, providing services to European and International Markets such as motion capture, in-game animations and In-engine Cut-scenes Production.
We are looking for a sales person with at least 18 months of experience in a busy sales department. This could be either at a distributor/wholesaler or publisher (music, video games).

The successful candidate will focus on new business development for the service my client provides; creative animation scenes for Video-Games to keep the player involved and to tell the story.
You will be a Sales focused individual who will drive new business development forward; you will have a proven track record in a similar position and be well connected in the industry being an established networker.

Requirements:-

·The work will be evenly split between hunting (leading and developing new client opportunities) and farming (leading and developing sales opportunities from an existing client base including sales planning).
·Cold Calling potential new clients to sell the service
·Dealing with orders of up to £500,000 +
·Fantastic customer service skills (patient and efficient, always offering added value to customers)
·Presentable, articulate and positive
·Presentation skills – both development and delivery, internal and external
·In depth knowledge of the video games market is preferred
