| Job Description | Location: East Anglia UK Salary: £Negotiable DOE Job Type: Permanent Project: MMO/Free to Play OPM is pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading independent Online Games Studio is looking for an exceptional Producer to join their third party publishing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of multiple projects both internal and external. Your key duties will include working with the publishing and development teams on game features design scheduling budgeting localisation and QA. You will be pulling together all the elements of the game together (design art audio tech) and maintaining its vision. Duties/Responsibilities Include: Creating a workflow for QA / localisation / technical (IT system developers web developers) departments Work with the brand department on the creation of assets and product vision Manage key stakeholders including: Executives VP’s and license holders Monitor prioritise and work with bug databases Report and create plans to remedy balancing design and accessibility problems Manage KPI’s consistently looking for improvements Create cross departmental and development schedules Essential Requirements: Proven leadership abilities within the games industry as an external producer (Internal games development management experience would prove an advantage) Understanding all modern game platforms such as browsers iOS consoles etc Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing fast-paced creative environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Complete game product life-cycle experience preferably on MMO titles Knowledge of monetisation models/MTX Knowledge of free to play gameplay features / designs Desirable Skills: A keen enthusiasm for gaming especially online games / MMOs Games Industry related degree For more information or to apply for this position please send your details / Word CV for my attention to officemanager@opmjobs.com Nadja Lindacher | Senior Development Management Consultant OPM Response Ltd Direct Line: + 44 (0) 1206 214422 | Email: Nadja@opmjobs.com | Skype: nadja.lindacher.opm LinkedIn: http://uk.linkedin.com/in/nadjalindacheropm Twitter: NadjaLindacher The salary bracket is approximate and is no guarantee of the income on offer.
