In an international ranking of the top 100 Worlds Most Successful Game Studios according to product performance on the U.K. retail charts in 2006, the studio was ranked 26th; up from 32nd in 2005 and 46th in 2004. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Create/write and drive the design process in conjunction with design team. Create schedules in co-ordination with the Technical, Art and Creative Directors Track projects to schedule and milestones Coordination of development staff and task interdependencies to ensure timely and accurate asset flow Facilitating communication Provide leadership and mentorship to the Assistant Producer on the team. Preparing & coordinating necessary documents Coordinating resources Researching content Identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and design goals Identify, contract and direct individuals or organizations outside the project in the creation of assets such as independent contractors, talent, music, sound, voice and video production. Foster positive working relationship and teamwork within the development teams with an emphasis on communication. Key Results To bring high quality projects through to completion on schedule and in budget. Good relationships maintained with other team members at all times Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Bachelors level degree (preferably Comp Sci) or equivalent /related experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role. Good understanding of multimedia and software tools. Proficiency in project management software Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal & written) skills. A proven ability to multi-task, make decisions and solve problems efficiently and effectively. Self motivated and avid game player Able and willing to work additional hours as necessary to successfully complete tasks Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team/department performance. A dedicated work ethic and commitment to excellence. Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience An understanding of game theory and related technology An understanding of the game development life cycle and design process - from concept to delivery Interested?
