Job Title Product Manager Monetisation
Job Category Producer,Project Manager
Job Description At NaturalMotion we make free-to-play mobile games that create new experiences, with jaw-dropping visuals and super-accessible gameplay.

We’re now looking for a talented Product Manager to make sure that our games are financially viable without undermining the fun and accessibility that millions of our players have come to expect from us.

You’ll join a team of leading game makers and designers working on an exciting new game, a potential chart-topper for us, and help shape its monetisation to make the product even better and more enjoyable for players. Your responsibilities as a Product Manager will include deconstructing the game’s mechanics to find out where to optimise, managing independencies between key game values, maintaining systems and the progression curve, analysing metrics, and supporting product and game design by bridging both disciplines.

We’re looking for someone with experience in optimising products based on analysis, and of course, a genuine passion for mobile games. Previous start-up, social networking or consulting experience will be a huge plus. As a Product Manager, you’ll have a solid understanding of the mobile gaming market and its mechanics, and be familiar with free-to-play and systems, economy and monetisation designs. Most importantly, you’ll need to be an analytical thinker – insightful, logical, and highly creative.

We’re a leading games and technology company based in Oxford, London, Brighton, and San Francisco. Our technological tools are world-renowned and create the most hyper-realistic, intelligent animation in the industry. Our future is bright – as a Product Manager with us, yours will be too.
