| Job Description | NaturalMotion is a leading game technology and development company based in Oxford and London (England) and San Francisco (California). The company’s award-winning euphoria engine is a break-through in real-time character animation and is used in AAA titles such as Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto IV, Red Dead Redemption, and LucasArts’ Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. NaturalMotion’s other run-time animation product, morpheme, is the industry’s first graphically authorable animation engine. Customers include Ubisoft, Activision, Bioware, Eidos, THQ, Codemasters, Ninja Theory, Disney and many others. Games Programmer The successful candidate will join an experienced game development team in our San Francisco office. You will gain industry-leading experience in animation and physical character interactions along with all game development disciplines on mobile platforms. Requirements Main skills / experience required • Strong C/C++ skills • Programming experience on games – preferably on mobile devices • Ability to work within a schedule • Ability to work well as part of a collaborate development team • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, and at least 2 years work experience Would be nice if you have • Experience with animation or physics programming • An instinct for games design • Mobile development experience • A desire to innovate and excel • Published games What can we offer you? • The opportunity to work for a chart topping, world-wide company & like-minded individuals • A chance to feel valued by your Line Manager who will take a keen interest in your personal development • Dedicated colleagues and a fun working environment • A competitive salary and benefit package This role can be based at our Studios in Oxford or London, UK, or San Francisco, USA.
