Job Description Jagex Ltd, the UK’s leading independent online games studio, is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Management Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join this rapidly growing games company, working as part of a large team to support, engage and grow our bustling online communities of players.

Key Duties Include:
  • Supporting the Producer: Community Management with Community project in JIRA/MS Project
  • Assisting the Producer CM with leadership and coaching of the Coordinator team
  • Working with the Community team to coach and motivate the department in day to day activities
  • Coordinate with all CM staff to ensure deliverables are on target and achieve or exceed expectations
  • Work with coordinators to ensure reporting and feedback loops to stakeholder groups are maintained
  • Working with the Producer CM to ensure workloads are prioritised and efficiently scheduled

Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Relevant previous experience, including motivational management
  • Highly creative, able to find solutions by alterative innovative methods
  • Previous experience setting, implementing and measuring department wide strategies
  • Expert Project Manager experience
  • Positive “Can do” attitude
  • Proactive approach to work

Desirable Requirements:
  • General knowledge of MMORPGs
  • Expertise in Community Management best practices
  • Experience or academic understanding of Marketing and PR  
  • A keen gamer and understanding of the games industry
  • Experience with website software both configuration and management
  • Exceptional MS Office skills, especially with Excel
