Job Description Senior Cinematic Artist Our Client is looking for a talented and promising Cinematic Designer to assist their art team in creating compelling in-game interactive dialogue sequences and dialogue-based cutscenes using their proprietary tool. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of composition, timing and editing as well as a good understanding of narrative storytelling, acting and cinematography. Responsibilities: · Creating compelling interactive dialogue sequences and dialogue-based cutscenes with excellent pacing, acting, and timing. · Creating a specific mood for interactive dialogues and dialogue-based cutscenes, by using proper editing and cinematography techniques. · Communicating with writers and quest designers to improve readability of visual storytelling. · Following and maintaining pipelines and technical requirements (completing tasks on time in the highest quality). Required skills & experience: · Excellent understanding of narrative causality and logic. · Good knowledge of cinematography and editing. · Good understanding of acting basics including posing and timing. · Excellent communication skills and abilities to work efficiently within a team. · Ability to easily communicate in English. Nice to have: · Experience in feature video editing. · AAA games development experience as an animator (doing long form project(s) from inception to completion). · Experience in creating an AAA RPG title will be a plus. · Genuine interest in the genre will be very welcome.
