Our client, one of Europe's largest independent game developers, is looking for a full-time in-house Web Development Manager to lead and project manage their web-based software development projects. This is an opportunity to take on a highly varied role at an exciting games development and publishing company.

Experience: 2+ years experience in software project management, with a web development and/or ecommerce background. Any experience of running multiple consecutive projects would be a bonus and a degree-level education is preferred. Responsibilities: Project manage project lifecycles and delivery dates, proactively resolving issues and ensuring effective development, delivery and maintenance of multiple web-related projects Document and ensure quality, coherence and scalability of projects Ensure good quality programming standards and code reviews/strategies Lead, schedule, manage and represent the internal web-development team

Skills: Project management including detailed proposals, schedules and follow-ups Understanding of software project cycle from conception to delivery and ongoing support Working technical knowledge of web programming languages, development principles, web frameworks, services and databases.
