Job Description Our Client based in the Midlands are looking for a talented Producer with proven game production experience. This multi-faceted company who work on everything from iOS through to AAA console games are searching for someone creative and enthusiastic, who can champion their team and their project. Experience: A proven production track record is essential, with experience of at least one full game cycle from concept to delivery, and experience of at least one next-gen console game.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain consistent vision and high quality of game • Manage and monitor all aspects of game development
• Key leadership – assistant producers and project leads report directly to you
• Drive consistent energy, enthusiasm and achievement within your team though effective communication, support and productive collaboration within a multi-disciplined environment
• Perform well under pressure, meeting deadlines and supporting your team to do the same

Skills:
• Excellent leadership, management and organisation skills
• Large-scale project and team management using MS Project/p>
• Excellent teamwork amongst your peers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly clear and accurate verbal and written language, contributing to good working relationships throughout Rebellion teams
• Self-confident and motivated, able to cope well and act decisively and sensitively under pressure
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills, able to troubleshoot and think outside the box
• Determined to make both a great game and a great work environment
