Job Description	Senior Character Artist Senior Character Artist required, experienced in Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max/Character Studio & Mudbox. Must be versatile in style and able to faithfully steer the character art and brief small teams. As part of the character team, you will be involved in all aspects of creating imaginative and visually stunning characters for our clients cutting-edge titles. Your greater experience will involve you organizing, mentoring and leading small teams of less experienced character artists. You will have: Previous industry experience. Worked on at least three published titles. Management and scheduling skills. Excellent 2D and 3D skills. Experience in meeting tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality. The ability to explore new techniques whilst keeping up to date with new technologies. The ability to seek best working practice methodology to continually improve asset creation. An excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max/Character Studio & Mudbox. A excellent working knowledge of skinning. Skills capable of setting consistency in style. An excellent understanding of anatomy. An excellent working understanding of characters in computer games. A passionate interest in computer games. Preferred skills: An art-orientated degree.
