| Job Description | Our Client is looking for an Assistant Producer to assist with all manner of tasks from asset management to scheduling to managing outsourcing to following through with individual team-members on their tasks. To fulfil this role you must be comfortable with taking ownership of tasks, and have a very much hands-on approach and attention to detail. As projects have differing needs, you must be adaptable and have a firm technical understanding, as well as knowledge of the entire development life-cycle. The Assistant Producer will work closely with the team leads and individual team members to identify and mitigate risks, and to enable the team to achieve their goals efficiently. Being a driven team-member, you will be expected to be detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated. Strong organisational, management, time-management, motivational and interpersonal skills are a must. Assets will need to be managed, and experience using source control software would be advantageous. Experience with MS Project is preferred, though not essential. You should have at least 3 years experience in the games industry, having worked on at least one complete development cycle, and either be working as an Assistant Producer now or be an experienced QA team lead ready to step up to the challenge. Please contact David Smith on 0208 944 7777 or david@interactiveselection.com if you are interested in this position. |
