Our Client, a world leading independent studio will be launching a new division within their expanding group of companies. They are looking to fill the cornerstone position of Chief Technology Officer. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of the foundation of a new business unit tasked with bringing innovative and disruptive gaming technologies to new and emerging markets. The successful candidate will immediately join the senior management group of a 20 strong project team and take ownership of the future direction of the programming and technology teams

Skills and Experience
• 7+ years in a lead or director capacity on large game or visualisation projects
• Proven capability to lead and motivate large groups of technical staff
• Cross-discipline knowledge of art, design, production, etc. to interface across senior levels
• In-depth knowledge and working experience in a variety of programming languages and paradigms (C++, Python/Lua)
• Driver of technological innovation delivering “game-changer” initiatives
• Ability to interface with top-level stakeholders, up to and including board level
• A “Get it done” attitude that includes hands-on delivery when required • Accurate scheduling, resource allocation and software project management capabilities
• Preferred Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of Unity 3D
• Work with complex systems of hardware, middleware and existing software
• Previous experience in automotive or motorsport visualisation software or games
• Experience with large industrial clients
• Ability to handle client relationships on technical matters
