Job Description Our Client, an innovative games developer and publisher based in Germany is looking for a talented 3D Environment Artist to join them.

Responsibilities:
  • Modeling and texturing of real-time 3D objects and environments
  • Integration of 3D assets into the game engine
  • Creating 3D levels in the engine in collaboration with Mission designers
  • Creation of texture maps (diffuse, normal, specular, light maps)
  • Adjust shader settings and asset attributes within the game engine
  • Animation, rigging and skinning of 3D assets in Maya or 3DS Max


Requirements:
  • Outstanding knowledge in modeling 3D assets (low to mid poly level) and retopology
  • Very good skills in Maya, 3DS Max, Zbrush and Photoshop.
  • Solid experience with creating realistic textures and meshes
  • Good Animation and riggings skills are a big plus (Maya or 3DS Max)
  • Being able to closely adapt stylistic guidelines
  • Being used to work on tasks autonomously and to deliver results in time
  • Preferably a few years of experience in the industry
  • Very good communication and team skills
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written
