| Job Description | Sr. Interactive Flash Designer We are looking for Sr. Interactive (Flash) designers for our client. They design and develop more intimate interactions, games and challenges involving tilting plasma screens, inflatable jackets, water jets, the Wii and anything else your imagination can think of. They work alongside a creative team of print and 3D designers, as well as specialists in the fields of special effects and the latest 3D display technologies. These applications are deployed at events worldwide and there are opportunities to travel. You will have the following skills: •Good and strong creative ideas •AS3 - Expert in utilizing design patterns (MVC, Factory, Singleton etc..) •Experienced in developing applications, games and websites in Flash (AS2) •Exceptional flair for animating in Flash •Excellent interface design in Flash •A solid background working with HTML & CSS, Expert in all web standards •Database Driven Systems – SQL, ADO etc •Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator •Experience with the following packages would be a bonus Zinc, SWF Studio, C#, .NET,C++,PHP, Python, Java, SWF Studio or ADOBE AIR, Electronics – I/O boards Benefits: •Life assurance •Private health insurance •Group personal pension (12 months service) •Childcare vouchers (on commencement) •Salary sacrifice scheme – providing considerable savings to working parents •20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days, plus in addition office closes between Christmas and New Year. •Company bonus scheme Please send a current CV along with examples of a strong Flash portfolio that shows a good understanding of interface design to David Smith on 0208 944 7777 or david@interactiveselection.com if you are interested in this position. |
