Job Description Lead Tool Programmer

Our Korean based client is a world-class developer of interactive game software with a mission to break new ground in the electronic entertainment industry. They focus to deliver the most exciting and unique gaming experience to all gamers transcending cultures, territories and platforms. Currently, they are looking for a highly experienced tool programmer to lead small and dedicated team working in the next generation of asset pipeline and collaborative tools for our in-house engine.

Key skills and experience:

•5+ years of professional game programming experience.
•C++, C# and Microsoft .NET platform
•Microsoft Windows Forms and/or Windows Presentation Foundation.
•Experience with SQL and DB design and development.
•Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, Lua, etc
•Plug-in development for CC applications such as 3DS MAX, Maya, Photoshop, etc
•Good understanding of mathematics, techniques and concepts used in 3D game development.
•Strong scheduling and team organization skills.
•Ability to work closely with artists and designers
•Effective leadership and interpersonal skills

Bonus skills:

•MMORPG development experience.
•Multiplatform development experience.
•Knowledge of wxWidgets and MFC.
