Job Description Senior Producer

Responsibilities:

•Manage all aspects of game production, including art, programming, design, scripting, audio, production testing, internal approvals, localization and archiving.

•Manage the scope and the orientation of the game under the leadership of the executive management.

•Identify risks and put in place risk management strategies for internal and external development.

•Work with leads and stakeholders on an internal team to build quality-focused and cost-aware project plans.

•Establish and monitor production and development processes.

•Schedule regular meetings with the team to discuss project status, resolve issues and share information.

•Report to executive management about the project status and propose solutions to correct/improve project planning, quality and cost.

•Ensure timely delivery of necessary assets for localization, manage the implementation of localized assets, and submit localized work to foreign partners.

•May be required to travel.


Requirements:

•5+ years experience in the games industry. Shipped at least 3 titles in a producer role, from concept through final.

•At least Master degree, computer sciences, business, Management or any project related education.

•Expertise using MS Office (Word, Excel, Project…etc.).

•Organized, creative and self-confident.

•Must be flexible with the ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

•Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

•Have passion, knowledge and a strong interest in a wide range of video games.

•Excellent Mandarin is a plus, both in written and oral.


Experience Required: 5 yrs Minimum

Education Level Required: Master's Degree
