| Job Description | Programming Director Our client is the fastest growing console developer in China. They’ve released several successful games for the Western market. The latest release is considered as one of the best racing game on DS. Our client is located in Shanghai, China. Shanghai is becoming the financial capital of Asia, attracting business and students to China. It has a very active and young crowd from all over the world. They work using English, but you will also be offered Chinese lessons. However, it is easy to live here with a minimal knowledge of Chinese Mandarin. Responsibility 1)Report to CEO directly 2)Supervise Lead Programmer and Architect 3)Manage the SE department and ensure the optimum performance 4)Ensure the quality of Programming deliverables 5)Participant to recruitment and training of new talents 6)Involvement in evaluation of SE staff 7)Manage communication with clients in terms of SE project progress and technique matters.
