Job Description Our Client is looking for an experienced Publishing Producer (Mobile) to join their Games Development Studio in Lisbon, Portugal. This online, mobile and social games company attracts more than 70 million unique game players every month and is the Internet's largest online games website. The company develops, publishes and distributes more than 800 online and mobile games. Working closely with the Head of Mobile, you will be responsible for managing the production of someo of this studios most popular games. Focused mainly on mobile games, although with some input on web titles, you will be the key contact between internal and external development teams as well as development partners around the globe. Your ability to have negotiated your way through publishing deals with ease and accuracy, coupled with the release of titles as well as your branding vision, business acumen and strong communication skills is your “Ace of Spades”.
· Taking overall responsibility for production of titles developed in external studios, liaising with and updating key internal stakeholders · Managing partner relationships and providing product vision in our role as a Publisher · Conducting reports on prospective mobile games and identifying new opportunities · Reporting on title performance · Maintaining effective communication with the appropriate sections of the business, on all publishing and promotion related issues · Monitor game statistics, customer feedback channels and competing products to make adjustments to systems and campaigns based on your resourceful reasoning and analysis aiding in the positive impact on the products
· Excellent monetisation skills · At least 3 years experience producing successful mobile or social games · Giving feedback on product features and providing direction to meet the project goals, managing and prioritizing feedback from different stakeholders · Liaising with external partners, both large multinational corporations and smaller independent companies · Exceptional understanding of the mobile market · Team player, showing initiative, great communication skills · Giving feedback on game development · Exceptional spoken and written English
Regular travel abroad will be required for this role
