Our Client is seeking an experienced iOS/Android Monetization Designer to work on their custom apps, designing game features that monetize and engage players.

Responsibilities
• Work from concept to release, developing and managing the economy/monetization components of iOS/Android apps
• Drive new initiatives for monetizing the customer base
• Manage pricing of virtual goods and balance free vs. paid currency in the game economy
• Review reporting on in-game currency usage, earning & purchasing
• Propose new features based on daily KPI reports
• Co-ordinate with marketing team on integrating in-game and sponsorship opportunities

Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience working on iOS/Android platforms
• Relevant undergraduate degree
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyse large complex data sets and formulate conclusions
• Excellent knowledge of the monetization of free to play games
• Knowledge and understanding of the principals of game design
• Strong mathematical ability and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deal effectively with changing priorities
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise successfully with a multi-disciplinary team
