Our client, who is based in Montreal, Canada, has a new online client project which they are focusing on. They are to build a web community with interaction levels but not a killing community. They need talented professionals to join their expanding team to make this project happen.

Montreal is the second largest city in Canada but is still able to hold on to the character of a smaller town. With its rich history and French culture, Montreal is a mixture of old and new. The city has a thriving art community and is renowned for putting on spectacular festivals. As a unique city to all others in North America, visitors to Montreal will be delighted with what they find. Montreal is not only a multicultural city, but it is also a bilingual city speaking both English and French.

Our client is in need of a Creative Director to join them.

Job Description

The creative director plays a key role in the company. Under the supervision of the executive producer and in collaboration with the client and creative team, he must define the global vision of the game and make sure to maintain this vision through its realization. As a “vision keeper”, he also has the responsibility to validate the integrity of the content as well as the general quality of the product during the production process.


Requirements

•Creative

• 8-10 years of significant experience in video games

•Good knowledge of game design

•Leadership and good interpersonal relations skills

•Able to influence, persuasive

•Strong communication skills

•Understand the many issues related to production

•Artistic knowledge required to maintain the vision

•Determined to resolve problems efficiently

•Flexible for client’s demands, but firm enough not to jeopardize its realization
