Job Description	Localization Manager - Montreal The role of Localization Manager will be responsible for spearheading our localization deliver for our N.American clients and specializing in Asian languages assessing translation projects, preparing projects files using Computer Aided Translation (CAT) tools and delivering efficient support to our team of project managers on live projects. This person would also be responsible for the development of our Asian language vendor pool. We are looking for someone from a translation and localisation background to join our team who can hit the ground running in this challenging role. Confidence and enthusiasm are essential for this position in our busy and exciting company, as is attention to detail. Essential skills, knowledge and abilities: • Relevant experience of games or software localization • Good experience of Asian localizations (especially Korean) • Experience with Computer Aided Translation (CAT) Tools • Client-facing and negotiation skills • Commercial and financial awareness • 3-5 years project management experience • Team leadership skills • Highly organized, with close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Must possess ‘can-do’ attitude and problem solving skills • Understanding of the games and localization industries • Understanding of software development and localization process • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • IT literate, specifically: MS-Office.
