Job Description Senior Graphics/VFX Programmer  

Our Client is currently seeking an experienced programmer to develop and maintain computer graphics and visual effects for nextgen racing games. Reporting to the group technical director and to the game lead programmer, the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with both the game team and the core technology department.

Requirements of the role  
  • Minimum of 3 years games experience with familiarity with development processes.
  • Excellent C/C++.
  • Evidence of developing graphical and visual effects.
  • Understanding of current graphical techniques and approaches.
  • Experience of current generation console development.
  • A proven track record of working on networking systems.
  • Knowledge of PS3 and X360 hardware architectures
  • Experience of animation systems would be a major benefit.
