|Job Description||Our Client is one of the largest social mobile game developers in Japan, with over 500 employees, triple-digits M$ revenue and 30M$ in venture funding. They are now assembling a tight-knit team of über-talented individuals to establish their new European operation in Paris and seek a European Marketing Manager to join this talented team. You will have full ownership of the marketing plan fotr free-to-play, social mobiles games in Europe. You will restlessly seek ways to optimize user acquisition channels. A creative leader, you will drive production and distribution of all marketing materials.
Develop and execute all aspects of th e Marketing Plan in European territories across a set of free-to-play iOS/Android games
Define user acquisition plans, measure effectiveness and drive continuous optimization to best leverage your budgets. Constantly source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels.
Manage the full cycle of the creative brief process - from writing briefs, assessing and evaluating creative material, to production and distribution of finished assets such as ad creatives, trailers, screenshots, copy, app icon and more
Build and manage each game's presence on social media. Handle all aspects of Press Relationships Coordinate plans with 1st and 3rd party IP holders to best leverage their existing material & capabilities
Provide senior expert in-depth knowledge of all marketing areas to all team members and the top management.
Gradually build and manage a team of marketing and user acquisition specialists
Takes pleasure in bringing joy to users, has a passion for both making and playing games and a good grasp of mainstream trends
Outstanding 5+ years track-record in launching and operating commercially successful products including user acquisition in the mobile or social gaming space.
Understanding of mobile advertising networks (Flurry, ChartBoost, iAd, AdMob, Fiksu, TapJoy, etc) Bachelor degree or above in business, marketing or communication.
Master/MBA degree a plus. Native English-speaker with strong copywriting skills ; knowledge of another European language or country a strong plus
Proven ability to drive the entire material creative process Acumen for numbers, analytical mindset.
Experience interpreting data, driving insight and optimizing performance
A good communicator, who enjoys team work and interacting with colleagues from different departments
A can-do attitude, flexible to change, always up experiment & A/B test new communication channels
