|Job Description||As Solutions Director you will identify, qualify, engage and close new business opportunities in the game development industry developed through both outbound and inbound inquiries (possible career paths includes working with other industries as well).
You will work closely with our resident productivity experts, marketing, as well as our customer success teams. Tasks include, amongst others:
o Develop and own your own pipeline of sales opportunities. Manage the sales processes and coordinate company resources to close high revenue deals. This includes implementing sales strategies in collaboration with colleagues in the sales and marketing team.
o Working close with resident productivity experts on new accounts management. You will be managing the process from research to lead to opportunity to client discussion to closure and follow up. You will develop a consultative selling approach and engage in building long-term client relations.
o Working with and updating internal data systems. We are using Salesforce SFA but also internally developed applications.
The position is available both based out of our San Francisco office in the USA, as well as our Uppsala Office in Sweden. You will start with a training period in our Swedish head-office to gain the necessary product and market knowledge for the position. Training will also include deep understanding of the most advanced project management methodologies used in game development projects.
The job requires extensive travelling within Asia, North America, Europe and to Sweden on a regular basis (depending on which office you are based out of).
o You have several years of documented “hunting” sales experience in the game development industry, or other relevant experience. Documented high success rate in sales is a requirement.
o You are a doer with a strong drive and an entrepreneurial mind-set. You need to appreciate both the possibilities and challenges of a small but growing dynamic entrepreneurial company.
o You are a creative go getter with excellent client-relationship skills and high business ethics.
o You are focused, disciplined and have the ability to work and prioritise without specific instruction.
o You possess strong leadership skills and have a team-based mentality, since you will be operating in a team-based environment at Hansoft.
o You understand the fundamentals of modern project management practices such as agile and lean.
o You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English at mother tongue level. English is our corporate language.
o You are very computer literate with a natural curiosity for new technology.
o You have the ability to travel extensively.
