As our Senior Community Manager (m/f) you will maintain contact with our customers in the US market. You will analyze and optimize our various communication channels (forums, social media platforms) and help improve communication with our users on an ongoing basis. You will work on general guidelines for our Community Management department and coordinate communication with relevant specialist departments such as product management. You will be a point of contact to answer questions for the whole team, and will further strengthen our customers' loyalty to our products through your knowledge of the market and new ideas.

Your job:
  • Work on guidelines for general management and administration of the community through various channels and support the team with specialist professional guidance
  • Analyze player structures and player behavior, produce statistics and reports on community feedback (suggestions for product improvement, bug statistics, etc.) specifically for the US market
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the community and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Ensure a smooth flow of information between the community, our product managers, our developers and our quality assurance department, and make sure pre-defined timetables are adhered to
  • Your goal: Ensure sustainable customer acquisition and customer loyalty in the US market

Your profile:
  • Several years' experience in Community Management for games is desirable
  • Very good knowledge and cultural understanding of the US market and its gamers
  • You have native-speaker level knowledge of English, both written and spoken, German and other languages are advantageous
  • Highly service-oriented and passionate about games
  • Able to think outside the box to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills and an open, friendly character, experience in leading specialist teams is an advantage
