As our Product Manager – Competitive Intelligence (m/f) you will support our international rollout team in opening up markets all around the world for Goodgame Studios. We want to be one of the biggest international gaming companies in the near future, and for this to happen we need to know the market. You will analyze global competition structures in order to assess prospects and risks for our expansion strategy.

Your job:

  • Monitor global markets with regard to the following:
  • Survey the market environment (technology, service providers, products etc.)
  • Profiling competitors (data, annual financial statements, portfolios etc.)
  • (Strategic) Alerts and trends
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Benchmark results with our current market position
  • Organize and prepare the findings so they can be applied to our expansion strategy
  • Communicate findings and recommendations for action plans to our management
  • Work closely with our market research and game research departments

Your Profile:

  • Ideally a completed university/college degree
  • Relevant professional experience in market research, competition analysis or mergers & acquisitions
  • In-depth knowledge of the international gaming industry, particularly the free2play market
  • Outstanding ability to think strategically and economically, with a pragmatic working style and outstanding analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, flexible, and with a structured working approach
  • Very good written and spoken English – other languages are an advantage
