As Product Manager - Browser Games (China) (m/f), you will be responsible for the performance and strategy of one or several of our online games in the Chinese market. This position is open to applicants with professional experience in the mobile and online games industry.

Your Job:

  • Your goal: Increase pay conversions, user lifetime and ARPPU/ARPU in the Chinese market
  • Define product strategy and feature pipeline in collaboration with the senior management and other product managers
  • Systematic product analyses and reviews of possible measures on the basis of their suitability for monetization underpin your decisions
  • Coordinate implementation of ideas with the project management and game design departments
  • Monitor, scrutinize and continually optimize production processes
  • Identify innovative pay-play mechanisms (market intelligence, research abroad) and coordinate game design efforts when these kinds of mechanisms are being devised

Your Profile:

  • Several years of relevant experience in the online gaming industry (browser or social) and in KPI and conversion optimization
  • Good knowledge of economic and cultural relationships in the Chinese market
  • Very good degree in IT or business
  • Passionate about games
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, while also being able to assert yourself and possibly having some experience in leading a team
  • Confidence and a willingness to make decisions
  • Native speaker level knowledge of Chinese and excellent spoken and written English
