The role: We are seeking a lead developer, to join our team and co-ordinate the creation of triple A titles for mobile devices. Key Tasks: - Maintain code/development schedule for all games - Initiate internal tools development - Design future technology base and oversee development cycle - Responsible for overall code reviews and overall code quality across titles - Ensure portability of game code - Recruit and train team members - Assist game developers when coding complex components - Optimize bug handling and reporting process with QA - Optimize porting handover and communication with porting team - Manage communication between team-members and other teams - Responsible for delivering quality games on time every time - Take part in overall creative vision Experience: - Experience with J2ME/J2SE and/or native mobile platforms - Experience as technical team leader - Strong knowledge of software development and project management processes - Strong knowledge of game development and mobile games Other skills: - An organized worker with great attention to detail - Experience working with project management tools - Strong verbal and written communication - Passionate and motivating personality with good people skills - Ability to work under pressure - Keen games player This position is a great opportunity to join a top mobile gaming company in a fast paced and exciting industry.
