Job purpose:
As a Deployment Co-ordinator you will be responsible for all game and content distribution for Glu Mobile to the mobile operators. Primary tasks include working with mobile phones developers to understand their requirements and providing them with the most appropriate Glu product.

The role will primarily focus on the Central European Market and the individual will act as a liaison between Deployment and the technical Publishing, Sales and Marketing arms of Glu Mobile.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute entire submission process for the distribution of games across all target platforms and carriers
- Work with Key Account Managers to ensure submissions are completed and delivered in a timely manner
- Planning and tracking product deployment for the Sales operation in cooperation with Production
- Manage and edit all deliverable materials used in product submission from Marketing, Production and any other department associated with deployment
- Prepare submissions according to each customer’s specific guidelines and protocol using variety of internal software tools
- Interface with other appropriate departments within Glu Mobile including Sales, Marketing, QA, Deployment, Publishing, and TechOps
- Help to write, edit and create game and submission content, for example Marketing Assets
- Prepare submissions according to each customer’s specific guidelines and protocol

Skills and Experience:
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German is essential
- Strong multitasking, follow through, and follow up skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
- Minimum education: A level or equivalent
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Tenacity
- Concentrated and focused approach
- Self-motivation
- Team player
- Ability to read and understand submission requirements and put them into action

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Photoshop
- Have a grasp concept of Content Management Systems
- Experience with XML would be a bonus

Industry Experience:
- Interest or knowledge of mobile industry preferred
- Experience of working in customer service would be an advantage
- Interest in gaming preferred
