  • Realize projects which will be played globally by millions of players
  • Bring your own creativity and ideas to projects
  • Manage both the game development team and the game development process
  • <a></a>Planning and follow-up the development cycle: Concept, Design, Alpha, Beta, Gold
  • Coordinate and motivate the team to meet tough deadlines
  • Quality control to ensure that our games meet highest standards
  • Maintain relations and cooperation with other Gameloft teams and studios

PROFILE
  • The ideal candidate would be a passionate gamer with prior experience in game development
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing teams of creative people
  • Experience in managing creative projects from concept to release
  • Independence and initiative
  • Ability to do many things at once in a fast changing and demanding environment
  • Ability to foster team excitement and synergy 
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
