Job Description	Emote Games is a production company specialising in cross platform connected entertainment. We deliver a mixture of original and licensed content on platforms as diverse as mobile to next generation console and are looking to grow our small select team to support current and pending projects. We are looking for an A&R Producer who will be responsible for external projects, including: - Schedule, quality and budgetary considerations - Effective use of project resource (people and equipment) maximising project delivery against investment objectives - Effective communication with the Development Director, Investment Committee and other staff Essential skills & experience: - Leadership - Strong vision and leadership, and the ability to effectively communicate Emote services externally, product development status internally - Anticipating and communicating future industry challenges and opportunities - External ambassador for Emote Games to external development, licensing and media partners - Product Management - Identification of investment opportunities and recommendation to the Emote Investment panel - Stakeholder in catalogue management process - Ultimate responsibility for the final user experience - Consultation with any licensor's in order to adhere to style guidelines and manage approval processes - Aiding the Development Director to refine and manage production processes for design, risk analysis, quality review, change requests, team performance etc - Prioritising work load and maintaining schedules - Finding of external resources when necessary, and initial negotiation of costs for Development Director approval - The communication of information across all Emote sites via agreed communication form, process and portal - Per project recommendation of project management and development requirements Budgetary: - Planning and supervision of project or other budgets, as required - Commercial analysis and management of each investment opportunity to match commercial plan Business Development: - Primary Developer and investment due diligence - Commercial negotiation and legal coordination Advantageous skills and experience: - Good knowledge of the games industry Salary: - Competitive salary offered, dependent on previous experience
