Job Description Digital Chocolate, a leading international publisher and developer of original games is looking for a Lead Game Programmer to join the Sumea Studio in Helsinki. The open position offers an opportunity to have a crucial role in the development of a new original game for the XBOX Live Arcade.

The Lead Game Programmer’s main responsibilities are:
- Overseeing the work of the other programmer’s in the team
- Selecting the architecture and programming methods used by the development team
- Leading and planning the development of Digital Chocolate’s high-end games

A successful candidate will have the following qualities and skills:
- Experience in Console or PC game development
- Good knowledge of C++
- Experience in 3D development
- Direct3D experience
- Team Leading Skills
- Good written and spoken skills in English
- Ability to identify and apply best practices
- Experience in XBOX development is appreciated
