| Job Description | This high profile development studio is currently looking to recruit an experienced Lead Artist to head up a team working on a next gen console title. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and managing a team of talented artists and will be expected to ensure that the Art Director's vision becomes reality. The minimum experience required for this role is 5 years in games development and at least 1 credit as a Lead Artist on a published title. Other requirements include: - Excellent artistic ability ideally with a particular talent for creating environments - A thorough understanding of technical issues - Experience of working on a next gen project (Xbox 360 or PS3) - Excellent team management skills Apply: Please contact cv@dayonesearch.com for further details.
