Job Description	A world leading games company is currently looking to recruit an experienced QA Manager to manage the QA process on a high profile, online mulitplayer game. You'll be expected to manage testing of this title and supervise a team of up to 30 QA staff. Responsibilities include: - The management of a large team of QA staff - Liase with all relevant departments - Define a fully comprehensive test plan in conjunction with related departments - Implement and manage all technical requirements and functionality checks - Advise and assist the core QA Team, as well as external testing teams - Check each new build accordingly and recognise / report all changes made to the code in respect to the previously reported problems (i.e. verification and regression process, assessing ‘user’ bugs, etc.) - Provide regular updates of all information checked and verified on all bug reports or any other aspect of the service and report any immediate issues which may affect the overall quality of the service to the relevant teams - General maintenance and updating of all aspects of the test plan and bug report as and when required To be considered for this role you'll need: - The ability to co-ordinate and lead large teams effectively - Excellent communication skills with the ability to liase and co-ordinate with all relevant departments of the business including Production and IT - An understanding of network concepts for online games - Familiarity with web-based commercial services and social networking functions - Experience in formulating and implementing test plans This is a key role on a high profile title and a great opportunity to work for one of the worlds best known game developers.
