Job Description A leading producer of MMO titles is looking to recruit an experienced Tech Director to join its new development studio in the South East.

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing technical leadership for new product development and will be expected to work with the Senior Management team to set and implement product goals.

Duties will include:

- Manage the R & D effort to produce cutting-edge online games

- Critique technology and development practices to improving game appeal and quality

- Participate actively in driving the company’s technological vision

- Serve as an active partner in driving the company’s technological vision

This is a senior position within a major development studio and to be considered you will need:

- at least 3 years experience as a Tech Director within games

- Knowledge of the online games industry and MMO’s development desirable but not essential
