Job Description	An award winning Games Studio based on the South Coast is looking to recruit a Lead Artist to head up a team working on an exciting PS3 project. My client is a financially secure, first party Sony developer with a number of high profile projects currently in development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction to a team of around 12 talented artists as well as producing their own artwork (environments, characters, objects, concept work etc). To be considered you'll need to have: - Games industry experience as a Lead Artist, managing teams of around 10+ artists - Published next gen titles to your name (PS3 or Xbox 360) - Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to team members - Experience of working on highly creative games that have a distintive style - Ability to take direction and generate own ideas - 3D Studio Max and / or Maya experience - Varied portfolio including examples of next gen artwork On offer is an extremely competitive salary, benefits and bonus package as well as the chance to work for a financially stable studio with a great future.
