Job Description	An award winning Games Studio based on the South Coast is looking to recruit a Lead Artist to head up a team working on an exciting PS3 project. My client is a financially secure, first party Sony developer with a number of high profile projects currently in development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction to a team of talented artists and work 'hands-on' producing artwork as and when necessary. To be considered you'll need to have: - Games industry experience as a Lead Artist - Experience of working on next gen titles - Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to team members - 3D Studio Max and / or Maya experience - A great portfolio On offer is an extremely competitive salary, benefits and bonus package as well as the chance to work on next gen projects. My client is also accutely aware of the need to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In practice this means operating a strict 9-5 day with no overtime and no weekend work.
