Job Description	This very well regarded Games Development Studio based in the East Midlands area is working on a world famous series that has already established it as a leading name in the UK Development sector. It is looking to add to its team by bringing in an experienced Producer / Project Manager to ensure its teams are following cutting edge methodologies and maximising efficiency as budgets grow after the transition to Next Gen platforms. Solid project management skills are therefore key, especially knowledge of any formal methods and structured approaches such as PRINCE2 or Agile, with expert knowledge of scheduling, budget, risk management and organisational management skills all a must. Man management qualities are a plus and you may, or may not, have prior experience in the Games Industry - but crucially, your appreciation of the latest PM methodologies and how they can be applied to the creative games development process is key. You will be working in a key role at a Studio packed with talent who have AAA titles signed and in development so this is a perfect career move for a PM with either a strong Games Industry experience - or a blue-chip background looking to apply their energies to a creative sector with a market leader.
