Job Description To apply:

Our client is a leading developer of online and mobile social games. They currently require several Senior Performance Managers to manage multiple social games titles that are being developed for them by external AAA studios. The Senior Managers will analyze the metrics, translating them into actionable feedback that will improve conversion rate and ARPPU. As part of the Monetization Team, they will be responsible for the full lifecyle performance of their games.

Responsibilities:

- Manage internal and external partners to meet KPIs

- Conduct analysis and industry research

- Evangelize game portfolio internally and externally

Requirements:

- 3-8 years' experience in online product management - ideally candidates will have an ecommerce background

- Relevant degree (business, computer science, maths, engineering etc)

- Demontrable experience with optimization of KPIs and conversion

- Strong experience with analytics software (Catalyst, GoogleAnalytics, Omniture etc)

- Excellent communication skills (English, verbal and written)

- Experience with A/B testing

- Social Games experience a bonus
