Making games for over a decade, this Northern European studio has a proven reputation for creating original AAA titles. They are looking to recruit creative and talented individuals to join their determined and experienced multi-disciplinary game teams. Although the studio employs staff from over a dozen different countries, English is the common working language.

They are currently looking for an exceptional Games Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in formulating the game design.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years AAA games design experience
- At least one published console FPS/action title
- Experience with a full game cycle
- Excellent sense of fun gameplay, with experience in tuning and balancing.
- Strong understanding of UI principles, usability and playability
- Excellent communication skills.
