Job Description	Our client is a leading global publisher and developer of mobile games. Their portfolio of top-rated games includes original titles, franchises, and titles based on major brands. Founded in 2001, they are based in San Mateo, California and have offices in London, Hong Kong, France, Germany and Brazil. We are seeking a lead developer, to join our team and co-ordinate the creation of triple A titles for mobile devices. Key Tasks * Maintain code/development schedule for all games * Initiate internal tools development * Design future technology base and oversee development cycle * Responsible for overall code reviews and overall code quality across titles * Ensure portability of game code * Recruit and train team members * Assist game developers when coding complex components * Optimize bug handling and reporting process with QA * Optimize porting handover and communication with porting team * Manage communication between team-members and other teams * Responsible for delivering quality games on time every time * Take part in overall creative vision Experience * Experience with J2ME/J2SE and/or native mobile platforms * Experience as technical team leader * Strong knowledge of software development and project management processes * Strong knowledge of game development and mobile games Other skills * An organized worker with great attention to detail * Experience working with project management tools * Strong verbal and written communication * Passionate and motivating personality with good people skills * Ability to work under pressure * Keen games player Skills may include some of RPG, Strategy, AI, C++, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, PC, PSP
