Job Description My client, one of the worlds leading Developer/Publishers, is looking for a Brand Manager to take responsibility for strategic planning, developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns for a collection of software products.

As key member of Brand team, this role contributes to the development of the global brand strategy for the product portfolio, for raising awareness of the brands as exciting and compelling and ensuring their successful delivery to market internationally.

Key responsibilities:

• Contributing to the global brand strategy for the product portfolio - ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all products.
• Ensure strategic positioning of all products within the global market place and to identified target audiences. Raise awareness of the brands to ensure delivery of sales targets globally.
• Set the highest creative standards which ensure that all brand marketing is always exciting and compelling. Ensure delivery of brand strategies for identified brands to demanding timelines.
• Build effective relationships with senior managers in all territories, to deliver marketing materials and solutions which directly support territory marketing campaigns and sales targets.
• Establish a strong foundation of quantitative and qualitative market research to underpin strategic development and test proposals. Ensure the value and purpose of this data is fully utilized across the group.
• Identify requirement for agencies, select and manage to deliver high impact, creative marketing strategies.

Person requirements:

• Currently a Brand Manager with previous, relevant marketing experience and a strong track record in devising and implementing marketing plans.
• Either marketing experience within the computer games market or media sector - deep understanding of the computer games market and target audience, or an experienced marketer with consumer goods background but with a strong interest in the computer games market
• Degree level education or equivalent or similar - with excellent analytical ability.
• Previous strategic marketing experience advantageous.
