Job Description This is an award winning, experienced and enthusiastic development studio based in Oxfordshire. Their team has an outstanding pedigree of delivering high quality sports games, to schedule, across all major gaming platforms. They have their own propriety cross-platform technology which has been refined over 10 years and is proven across many platforms and titles.

They are looking for an experienced tools programmer to help design and implement future tools and technologies for Next Gen platforms. Reporting directly to the Technical Director you must have the following qualities:
- Experience of designing new tools components and processes while maintaining and developing existing ones.
- 3D programming experience with an understanding of 3D mathematics.
- Proficient in C++, object-oriented design, and solid coding practices.
- Experience of providing plug-ins, scripts and bespoke tools to support the creation of art and animation assets.
- Experience of producing 3DS Max tools would be beneficial.
- Experience with a game tool chain would be a bonus.
- Must be self motivating, intelligent and enthusiastic.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
- A good understanding of the production process.
- A Self-disciplined and proactive approach to work with an appetite to learn. Skills may include some of maths, physics, 3D, graphics, direct x, renderware, tools, plugins, AI, C++, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, PC, PSP, Unix, SDKs, OpenGL, MFC, Server, SQL, COM and .Net
